Special Programs Manager

Sarah Elovich

Sarah Elovich has four years of experience researching and evaluating museum exhibits and programs. Most recently she worked with the Exploratorium's Tinkering Studio to help them communicate with visitors, funders and informal educators about their unique approach to doing science and "messing about" with ideas. She has performed research and evaluation on informal education environments and programs throughout the Bay Area including the Computer History Museum, the Children's Discovery Museum, the Exploratorium and the Lawrence Hall of Science.

Sarah received a BS in Psychology from Wellesley College and an MA in Education from San Francisco State University. She is also a member of Mugwumpin, a theater company that devises original performance pieces through collaborative artistic inquiry. One of Sarah's favorite science after school memories is from a sleepover she attended in seventh grade at the Museum of Science in Boston.
